The review of health and safety procedures highlighted a need for improvement around lone working. From my initial meeting with Quell, I was confident that they had the knowledge and experience to deliver an appropriate training package specific to our needs. The content and level was well balanced for both management and field officers and facilitated in an open, welcoming learning environment.
As a result, we have been able to refine our procedures and staff feel much more confident whilst undertaking their work activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quell to potential customers and look forward to working with them in the future.
