Diagnostic Reporting by Quell

Diagnostic Report

Our reporting approach has benefited many organisations by allowing us to review in more detail the current organisational workings around staff safety and security, speaking with staff to understand their attitude and behaviours and designing, implementing realistic and proven solutions to reduce the identified risks and impact positively on overall staff safety and security within the organisation.

Quell will review your organisation’s current risk assessments, procedures to gain an understanding of the approach to staff safety.  This is followed by speaking to management, staff and stakeholders (if required) to gain valuable knowledge on their attitude and behaviour to workplace violence and security.  Moreover, a review of the current staff safety equipment (e.g. alarms, mobile communication, lone working devices, tracker systems, etc.) will be undertaken.

Quell provided lone worker training for experienced homeless services’ workers from Dublin City Council and Housing First. The training was tailored for the level of experience of staff and we received very positive feedback from all who attended. The suggestions and follow-up provided to management after the training was particularly useful.
