Our security guarding courses are more popular than ever these days as more and more people are realising that to work within the security industry you need to hold a recognised qualification.
It still surprises me to this day the amount of security staff who are working unaware of the requirements of holding a security licence.
Over the past few months the Department of Justice have been asking questions and looking at how the security industry can be modified to meet the changes in the industry. However, it is still very evident we are a long way away from any major changes, so those who wish to still operate within the security industry as a guard need to attend recognised security guarding courses, and successfully pass the relevant exams.
Everybody who has worked within the security industry for some time would tell you the security guarding courses have drastically changed for the better, as they clearly demonstrate to you the relevant Health & Safety restrictions and also more importantly how the law is used to protect oneself when dealing with aggressive situations.
Some people have not wanted to attend the security guarding courses because of fear of not passing the exams, but we have spent the time and energy in preparing the attendees for the exams, and to date Quell have a very high pass rate and continue to have our attendees return and undertake other security qualifications.
