Craigavon Child Contact Centre
Quell recently delivered training to Craigavon Child Contact Centre to staff and volunteers. The content and delivery of the training was second to none and very well received by all. The fact that Hilary and Will come and meet you beforehand and tailor the training to your own needs puts you at ease from the get go.
The training was delivered with enthusiasm, skill and great personal knowledge from Will and everyone there are able to take something of value home with them regarding their own personal safety and that of clients.
I would not hesitate in recommending Quell as a training provider and on that note I have done so to all contact centres in Northern Ireland.
