Risk Assessment by Quell

Risk Assessing

Risk Assessing is an important first step to address the issues staff might face from either public, customer, client, passenger, or tenant to name, inclusive of when they are working alone in situations where support might be limited.

The risk assessment allows us to identify the possible steps that can be implemented to reduce risks and possibly seek other avenues such as equipment to improve the safety of the staff.

Quell provided lone worker training for experienced homeless services’ workers from Dublin City Council and Housing First. The training was tailored for the level of experience of staff and we received very positive feedback from all who attended. The suggestions and follow-up provided to management after the training was particularly useful.
